These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the Khirkiya platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "Member"). By accessing khirkiya.biz or using any of its associated services, you are deemed to have read and accepted all of the following Terms.

Khirkiya is an online betting platform offering sportsbook, live betting, and casino services. The platform is built with Bangladeshi users in mind, and all services are available in Bengali.

• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Keep your account password confidential. If you share it with anyone, you are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.

You must be at least 18 years old to place bets on Khirkiya. This isn't just a rule — keeping minors away from betting is our ethical responsibility. Date of birth is verified at registration, and identity documents may be requested at any time.

• National ID (NID), passport, or driving license are accepted.
• KYC verification will be completed within a maximum of 48 hours after submission.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if KYC verification is incomplete.
• If there is any suspicion of underage use, the account may be investigated at any time.

Deposits and withdrawals on Khirkiya can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. No hidden charges apply to any payment.

• Withdrawals can only be made to an account in your own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made (excluding bonus funds).

• If money laundering is suspected, payments will be suspended and the relevant authorities will be notified.

Placing bets on khirkiya requires following certain specific rules. These rules apply equally to all members.

• If a bet is incorrectly processed due to a technical error, Khirkiya reserves the right to void or correct it.

• If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a bet fails to process during live betting due to a connectivity issue, your balance will remain unchanged.
• If one selection in an accumulator bet is voided, the remaining selections will still stand.
• Betting limits (minimum and maximum) may vary for each event.

Khirkiya offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, cashback, and more. Each offer has its own terms. By claiming a bonus, you are also deemed to have accepted those specific terms.

• Most bonuses come with wagering requirements — you must bet a specified multiple of the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses must generally be used within 7–30 days of activation — they will expire after that period.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Using unusual or suspicious betting patterns to exploit bonuses will result in the bonus being voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Khirkiya platform. If detected, the account will be immediately suspended and the balance forfeited.

Khirkiya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of terms violation.

• If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Whether the original deposit is refunded will be determined following an investigation.
• If your account is temporarily suspended for security reasons, please contact our support team to have it resolved.

• Any pending bets will be settled before an account closure is processed.

• While a dispute is ongoing, all other account activity will continue as normal — only the disputed amount will be placed on hold.

• Continuing to use the platform after any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• Bets placed under previous terms will be settled according to the terms in effect at that time.
